Training Week of 12/4/11

Since I need to get from my couch potato state to Tough Mudder ready in 4 months. I need to get off my duff and get moving. So this is what I did this week.

Monday- Kettlebells: swings with the baby bells and turkish get-ups with 10 lbs dumb bells, stretches, planks and pushups.
Tuesday- Kettlebells: swings with the baby bells and turkish get-ups with 10 lbs dumb bells, stretches, planks and pushups.
Wednesday- swimming: lots of laps :)
Thursday- Rest my sore body
Friday- TRX- We call it the T-Rex basic training.
Saturday- Mini session with kettlebells and burpees.

I would post pictures up, but it's not pretty. So you get this instead.
